This one is 1/12 scale and features the usual collection of stuff which clutters up a home mechanics workshop! Plan now is to populate the scene with a bike undergoing engine surgery but first I need to find a suitable figure for the mechanic and that's proving harder than I'd expected.  |

...looking good! Those 1/12 Tamiya F1 figures any good? I think there's 2 mechanics a team manager & a driver? You could modify them to suit. I think the manages crouching & one of the mechanics is leaning over the engine, 2 very common 'bike-issue' positions... but no beer.

I know the ones you mean but they're proving very elusive here in the UK, at least not at "collector" prices! Luckily, there's the small matter of a dismembered Honda to keep me busy until I do find one. |
