This Contest is dedicated to our friend,Bob Boehm...aka Hotwheels.He wanted to do this contest as one last showing of his appreciation to all of his friends and fellow board members on his Plastic Addicts Anonymous website.My sincere thanks to TooOld Bob for sharing this information with me.
1.This contest involves building ANY Tom Daniel designed model kit.This includes all cars,showrods,trikes,snap kits,and the Flapjack plane.
It also includes builds involving restoring a builder Tom Daniel kit.You May Build more than one kit for this contest for multiple entries are allowed!Kitbashing and aftermarket parts are allowed as well!!!
2.Start date: June 11th,2023.Your build or builds are officially entered after pictures are posted on the board of your model kit choice(s).You MUST post a picture of what you are starting with before the build is in the contest!
Note: Please sign up no later than September 11th,2023.
Members wishing to join this contest after the deadline September 11th date must contact the administration via PM or email.
In progress pictures of your model build are encouraged but not required.
3.Finish Date:Friday,January 12, 2024 at 12:00 Midnight E.S.T. (USA)
All pictures need to be submitted by the ending time.
4.Voting will be by a voting poll that runs from January 14th 2024,through January 21st Midnight E.S.T.
5.There will be prizes to be determined.These will be announced soon!
6.Any changes to the members choice of builds must be approved by the administrators.
