Well, this little kit was a slump buster, it was already 90% built but unpainted when I got it, so I thought I'd take it apart to restore it -wrong !! I dont know what the kid used for glue, but nothing would come off ! The plastic was thick but fragile and things started cracking rather than coming loose , so after I cut the motor mounts out to get it out ,I figured I'd just paint it assembled, and whatever happens ,happens. The kit is supposedly 1/25 scale ,but its fairly small, and in typical Lindberg fashion, the details are minimal (luckily for me ) This kit is from 1965 so I wanted to paint with a color that looked like it was right out of a 1960s hobby shop. The paint is a Krylon craft spray . I'm not excited as to how it came out , but it sure looks better than the yellow it was molded in !

I like the color! It' brought the model back to life . Looks a lot better than the yellow, that's for sure.

'nutha GREAT JOB, You've been busy man! I never understood why Lindberg didn't make the effort to bring their kits up to par with the others? What You've done with it gives me hope!
