G'Day All Thought I would share a build I made for a contest on one of those dodgy Yahoo groups years ago. Idea was what I would do with a 29 body and chassis if someone gave me one.
Start with a AMT 29 Roadster (The baby blue version) built ten years earlier and and allowed to gather dust. Disassemble and strip. Lucky I am a light gluer
First thing move the steering wheel to the right side. The right side. A drop axle would look cool.
Stretch the chassis a scale foot to accommodate the straight six sitting in the corner of the shed. Channel the body and leave in primer. Start weathering with pastels. Hint: A lot of pastels is a little. Enjoy

...Now that is BRILLIANT! Love the 'red motor' usage & the steering column shift to the PROPER side of the car! Great Stuff Man!!
