...this growing trend from Chinese members on BeelZebay where they're cutting & pasting,in this case 'top shelf' kits, previously listed from the U.S mostly & re-listing them at less than a 10th of the price as a 'buy it now'? All the ones I've seen are pretty much the same, member joined within the last month, strange member I.D,zero sales, zero feedback. The 1st one I saw was the MPC '67 Cougar Eliminator which had sold 3 days earlier for over $150 & this mob put the same add back on for $12.I think I've come across a dozen now. I wonder if it's happening through out the site?

I haven't noticed that yet ,but I do shy away from anything that has its source from China. They do seem to post anything on the model area, from die cast cars to cheezey stick on emblems for real cars. I used to email them and tell them they posted it in the wrong section ;they would say "thank you" , and then never change the listings ,so I gave up.

I am half tempted to "report this item"!!! Todd

These bad guys aren't really trying- they completely copy the original auction but don't really pay attention to what the original auction said .Some tell you to look at all the pics when there is just the one they posted, or to check out all my other auctions when they just have the one bogus listing .
