..... for Vintage model kit pricing!!!
I just scored a second issue Skippers Critter for the same price as it's current reissue!!!! I have been after an unbuilt cheaper older issue for quite a while now!!! It will be here by the end of next week.I might not even have to paint the body pieces if they look as good as the picture of the kits contents from the sellers listing.

....I saw the 'Stroker McGurk" re-issue the other day,curious how many originals were up for grabs over the last couple of months? I've noticed 3 'Uncertain T's in the last week on BeelzEbay......does someone know something we don't?

I got sooooo excited when the "Skippers Critter" kit arrived that the body broke off two pieces when I went to wrap the plastic Anglia body in bubble wrap for storage.....So,fortunately for me,my superglue saved the day,and you can't even tell it was glued back together!!! I can't believe how flimsy Revell made this thing originally!!! The reissue Critter plastic body that I have from Model King is much more solid.....
I wonder how many kids just trashed this kit back in the day for the reasons I mentioned above!!!!
By the way.....It will probably be built over this upcoming Fall/Winter....It's a beautiful glossy Metallic red molded body that needs no paint(other than the roof top)!!!!
Just needs some polishing,and build er up!!!!!

I won this original "Bugaboo" builder off of Ebay...I was the only bidder....These were fetching big bucks before it was reissued...even in a builder state.It does have all extra parts per the seller(extra parts not shown in these pix)...I'll verify that after I get it

This is a kit I bought as a kid ; it definitely was the box art that won me over as I was not a big drag or VW fan , but the artwork on the box is fantastic ! .That being said, it was one of my favorite kits and was on my grail list for years !

I recently scored two original kits that their reissues brought the originals down in price.
One was an original Revell "Skippers Critter" Anglia Gasser kit. The other was Revells "Luv Machine" Chevy Luv. The Luv Machine is a sister kit to the Current Chevy Luv Revell Kit. It had parts that were only tooled for the Luv Machine. Both kits were purchased at a price cheaper than you could buy them for as the new issues are priced at now. I'll try to post pictures of both later this week!!!

Nice one mate! I wasn't on BeelzEbay back in '07? But I had a friend bid on this kit, my 1st dabble on that site. It was pre-reissue, missing the figures, & it still cost me about $80US I think? So good onya' man!
