It's on the way to me now....It's missing a few things, but I feel I stole it at the price I got it for.I can rob the stuff missing from one of my "Cop Out" kits....Can anyone here say "Dusters Last Stand"?.....That's what she will become! Todd

Are you using goochie decals for it? I have to say since goochie came back on the seen, their decals have really improved. Looking forward to the build Todd! I'm really into these , since my wildfire build. I think duster last stand came out around the same time as the wildfire kit. 1976ish I believe.

To be honest Todd , I see way more Dusters last stand kits than the Super Duster kit - you may want to consider building this one as is, and paint a Cop out kit lime green and build a Last Stand clone !

A Duster is a slang word for tornado ;some of the early 1970 -1972 Dusters had small cartoon "tornados" on them

This from a 1:1 Duster owner ! Well,Don,there is some good news, and some bad news on this kit that I just got.It IS complete with all of the parts,so the seller was wrong about that.He was honest that it is missing the instructions, and the most important part of the decal sheet was missing(the Super Duster decals are gone):So,I have a set of "Dusters Last Stand" decals coming from Gooche.I probably would have built it as the "Super Duster" if the decals were intact....Doh! The Duster was a Plymouth Valiant based "compact" ,like the Demon was to the Dodge Dart (designated- A body) . The early 1964-1969 Barracudas were based on the Valiant platform, but the Barracuda for 1970 and the 71 Challenger was a larger mid size car (E body) . The Duster body style was used from 1970 - 1976 , the larger Barracuda 1970- 1974. The Valiant /Duster could have had anything from a 198 cu in 6 cyl all the way up to the high perf 340 and later, 360 engines, The Barracudas could have come with a 225 slant 6 all the way up to a 440 v8 depending on what was ordered Of course a "compact" in the 70's meant it could fit 5 people easily, with plenty of trunk (boot) room !
