Just got a 1966 Impala the'street burner' edition as it's the only version of the '66 on the market,other than the Hasagawa curb-side & the early AMT's cost a bomb if you can find them? Anyway, the kit,to me,is unique,as there is only the stock version to build,NO extras what so ever,I've never seen a kit that's had no choice in motors or wheels etc,just stock standard?! Thought I'd share that one with you ALL.

My guess is that it was Revell's way of putting out a "new" kit, and saving money by not adding extras .

…don't know,there not that new now from what I've seen & the 3 I did find were quite pricey. Them & the '68 seem to be the hard to get Impalas?
