Another doc visit today....and tomorrow and Thurs for the wife.

2-13-13.....first good day of sleep for about a week,got one last minor detail to finish on the "Finish what ya started" build and then all I will have to do is snap the pics.:)build on my friends!

I actually got some time for building yesterday - I finished up a kit for a friend, worked on my
pinewood derby car (adult division) , weathered a train car for my sons train set and got my "finish what ya started" in primer !

Sorry that I haven't been around here much lately.My P/C crashed,and the only ways that I can currently view the board is with my wife's IPad,or my phone which can get on the Internet as well....been kinda discouraged about not having a computer,but life is a LOT different without one! I hope to get our P/C back soon....or I may have to get another one if ours is too expensive to fix! Oh, we have had the second wettest April on record.It has been a cold,wet April here in central Indiana. I have been painting/building models when I can,and I hope to build more whenever it gets warmer out!!!! Todd  |

Actually got time for building last night - finished up an old Nascar kit for my son and painted the dashboard details and door panels on my Plymouth Valiant restoration .I got some magnifying glasses for Christmas which make it easier to do the details .

....Hi Fellas & Again,Sorry I ain't been 'round much,have a disturbing 'cancer bloom' around me at this time,my Beautiful Cuz',who lost Her Angelic Mother a year & half ago to it,now has rust,Her Brother's wife was diagnosed with leukemia late last year,at 35 & a Dear Friend has had it come back for seconds,after we both watched another Dear Friend get taken just over a year ago.
Still going with the three kits as before,made 'jig' up to lace 1/35 motorcycle rims using....my hair,yes,my hair!The only thing I could find at the right scale and tensile strength,wire was unmanageable and photo etched stuff?well,teach a man how to fish,I say! 'bit macabre or passionate about the craft?
