Best I can tell someone bashed a 1962 Buick Special Station Wagon promo and an AMT annual kit.The back piece with the tail light lenses look like they are from the AMT kit -- (the box art is pictured in the last picture).This Wagon pictured has a three screw bottom and NO engine,where a the model has no screws,and several engine options.It was listed as an Ambulance at the antique store where I bought it.
So,has anyone here ever seen a Promo of this??? All I have found online is a Promo Friction car like this,and this one is NOT a friction car.

As you can see,my pictured car has the AMT rear tailgate/taillights from the AMT kit.
Maybe I'll just name it "Frankenstein"....LOL
