I've been looking for this kit for quite a few years . This kit, like the one I had, came from the Young Model Builders Club ,which my mother signed me up for - probably around 1972. For those who don't remember, or never heard of it, this was a club That Revell started as a way to get kids interested in building kits, and a way to get rid of slow selling kits .You would check off on the card what kits you like to build, and then Revell would send you anything they had that month .You would never know what was going to be in your mailbox ! I had checked off cars , but I got military planes , ships and tanks , A 747 jet, a tugboat as well as a lot of old Aurora stuff like Knights ,Viking ships and space vehicles. This was one of those non car models I got, but I always thought it was cool. Of course the original I had was long gone, and I couldn't remember the name of the kit. There was a time when I thought I imagined even having it ! Anyway, Ebay came through for me on this one and I got a good deal on it (for once)

Hey Don, Good score, you scurvy Dog! haha The version I have of this is called "The Heavy Harley" I hope you got it at a good price, cause they always are for sale pretty high. There is one on eBay right now for $100 + postage. I Love these but can't pay that kind of money. Thanks for telling about the Young Builders club also. I had seen those boxes before, but wasn't quite sure what it was about. But after you explained it did ring a bell.
ps: still working on getting those rims casted, hang in there.

Hi Jim -I guess I did get a deal on it ,$33.00 plus shippng ! Theres no way I could spend $100.00 on a kit either. I spent too many years buying them for $3.99 to ever go that high (plus I'm half Scottish) No worries on the wheels, but did you seem my Gasser entry ? LOL . Centerlines , YUCK !

Yes Don, I saw your entry, the Centerlines have their place, I have them on bracket cars and on some box stock Revell R.E.dragsters, but us "old timers" like the old 5 spokes better on these kits, and yes, these Centerlines are "Yuck" (Jeez, now we sound like a bunch of "Valley Girls" haha) I myself, like the Centerlines that come in the AMT Double dragster kit from the Fiat.
Yes, Dennis I like this bike. And good score Keiran on your "Chain Gang" also Sorry about the "Hijack" there, Don. I also remember spending $3.99 for kits, I guess our brains aren't that fried, if we can remember that far back. haha

That's way too cool. Now we have to wait to see it finished. Its one that I want to build ,but I'll have to wait on it as well. I have three kits on the table now , plus putting the finishing touches on my Paddy Wagon , and finishing two houses for my sons HO train set.
